1. Refund Policy for Zeba.pro
At Zeba.pro, we strive to deliver high-quality software that enhances your business or professional life. We appreciate your decision to choose our services. This policy outlines what we will do if we fail to meet your expectations.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
If at any time during your first month of using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will make every effort to address your concerns, provide a workaround, or give you a timeline for a solution that meets your needs. If you remain unsatisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Zeba.pro does not require an annual subscription to use our services. However, we offer significant discounts for customers who commit to annual plans upfront. If at any time during your first 45 days of using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will make every effort to address your concerns, provide a workaround, or give you a timeline for a solution that meets your needs. If you remain unsatisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan.
4. Ongoing Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with our service throughout your entire subscription period, not just the initial 30 days (for monthly subscriptions) or 45 days (for annual subscriptions). If, at any point during your contract, we remove, break, or discontinue a functionality that was available when you signed up, please notify us immediately. If we fail to address the issue within the promised timeline or cannot provide a satisfactory workaround for discontinued functionality, we will offer a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remaining duration of your contract.
5. Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscriptions
If you wish to partially downgrade your annual subscription by reducing the number of user licenses, downgrading your plan, or removing an add-on during your subscription period:
âą We will issue credits in the form of an extension of your subscription for the remaining active licenses.
âą Discounts applied to your original purchase will not be considered when calculating the credits.
âą The credit value will be calculated as:
Unused license value = Total amount paid - (Monthly list price Ă Number of months used).
6. Auto-Renewal
For your convenience, monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled. Before auto-renewal, you will receive an email specifying the renewal amount. After renewal, you will receive a receipt with the amount charged, renewal date, and details of the next cycle.
If you forget to cancel a subscription you no longer want:
âą You can cancel up to five business days after your renewal date for monthly subscriptions or fifteen business days after your renewal date for annual subscriptions to receive a FULL REFUND.
âą Refund requests outside of these periods, including pro-rated refunds, will not be entertained.
7. Exceptions to Our Refund Policy
Refunds (FULL or PRO-RATED) will not be issued if your account is terminated, suspended, or blocked due to activities that violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

âą Impersonation
âą Fraud
âą Violation of applicable laws
