Zeba Refund & Cancellation

1. Refund Policy for Zeba.pro

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us to request a refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. The following terms apply.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not receive a prorated refund. However, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds requested after 30 days are not eligible. After canceling, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period, but your subscription will not renew.

4. Ongoing Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your service at any time, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve any issues. While we do not guarantee refunds after 30 days, we encourage you to reach out with any concerns.

5. Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscriptions

If you downgrade your annual subscription plan, the downgrade will become effective at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for downgrades made mid-cycle.

  • No refunds for downgrades mid-cycle.
  • Downgrades apply after the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are automatically renewed using the payment information on file. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Once renewed, refunds are not provided.

7. Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

In rare cases (e.g., technical issues caused by Zeba.pro), exceptions to our policy may be made at our discretion.

  • Violation of Terms of Service.
  • Abuse of refund policies.
