Our story
Our journey started before Zeba. In April 2022, we founded Thynk Web - an IT services company building software, web, and mobile products for clients. Running that business meant managing people, attendance, payroll, and day-to-day operations ourselves.
The tools we tried were either too heavy, too fragmented, or not built for how Indian teams actually work. So in September 2023, we started Zeba to solve our own internal management problems first - using it as the system of record for our own workforce before we asked anyone else to trust it.
Once Zeba proved itself internally, we made it public and shifted our primary focus to the product. Today, Zeba serves organizations across industries - from growing startups to established enterprises - helping them build stronger, more efficient workplaces.
2022 · Thynk Web
Started Thynk Web in April 2022 - an IT services company building software, web, and mobile products for clients.
2023 · Zeba begins
Built Zeba to fix our own internal people, attendance, and payroll management - dogfooding before anything went public.
2024 · Going public
Opened Zeba to other businesses and shifted primary focus to the HRMS product as demand grew beyond our own team.
