Sunny Drall

Sunny Drall is the Co-Founder and CTO of Zeba, an HRMS platform built to make payroll, attendance, leave, and workforce operations simpler for Indian businesses.

With about 12 years in technology, he has led teams across full-stack development, cloud transformation, and AI-driven automation. His work spans product architecture, software-defined infrastructure, and solutions designed for real operational constraints - not just feature checklists.

Before Zeba, Sunny founded and scaled an IT services company (April 2022) focused on software, web, and mobile product development. Earlier, he built enterprise systems at Nagarro, Axero Solutions, and Wipro - including collaboration platforms, inventory systems, payment integrations, and identity tooling.

Zeba began as the system that company needed for its own people operations. After proving it internally, the team made Zeba public and focused on the HRMS product. At Zeba, Sunny handles end-to-end product and technical development while staying close to customers: delivery quality, onboarding, and the day-to-day problems HR and finance teams face with outdated systems.
