5. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription using the links provided in your billing communications or through the applicable customer portal.

• Cancellation stops future renewals unless otherwise stated in your order or plan details.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy together with the applicable billing terms and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

Zeba Pro, including its software, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Entrench Web Solutions Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeba Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
